Specialist I (Hand-2-Hand Defenses)
Specialist I focuses on defending common hand-to-hand attacks. The fundamentals taught are pertinent for males and females which include but are not limited to scenarios such as preventing a kidnapping, escaping from the ground, and common types of fights seen in public venues. Offensive measures are also covered teaching the trainee options from short to long ranges which are a cornerstone of the system.
Specialist II (Weapons Defenses)
Specialist II builds on the fundamentals of Specialist I by dealing with armed attacks. A multitude of situations are covered with both conventional and unconventional weapons such as baseball bats, tire irons, hand guns, and knives or other edged weapons. Techniques are taught to avoid engagement with an armed attacker as well as last resort options once engagement is unavoidable.
