Description
VKM Kids is a unique and innovative way to teach children how to protect themselves from dangerous and harmful situations. This program utilizes the instinctual and muscle memory techniques of Krav Maga, the control techniques of Hapkido, and the weapon techniques of Escrima. There are no “Katas”, only simplified personal protection and defensive techniques. No memorizing patterned moves, which if not practiced all the time, becomes a forgotten memory.
Skills will be taught to enable students to effectively and confidently protect themselves while practicing self control.
